This is a VERY quiet residential neighborhood with quiet hours from 9 pm - 8 am. - Noise monitor outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibels . If noise monitor registers excessive noise, (>65 decibels during quiet hours, >75 decibels all other times according to city ordinance) you will be immediately asked to quiet down, and if noise persists, you will be charged $300 and place your stay at risk for early termination without a refund. -Parking in the driveway only (fits 4 cars), no street parking except for unloading, no parking on lawn. -For your safety & peace of mind, security cameras are located above garage and in the front doorbell (records sound and video). No inside cameras. - A management fee is applied to each reservation.
