🌿The Blissful Stay🌿 – Galena Bliss House Rules We take safety and security seriously. The primary guest is required to complete a simple online rental agreement & ID verification before arrival (compliant with Airbnb policies). It only takes a few minutes and helps protect both you and us from fraudulent bookings. -Minimum age to book is 25 years old. The primary guest must be at least 25 and present for the duration of the stay. Thank you! 1. Galena Bliss is located within The Galena Territory Association (GTA). By booking, guests agree to follow both these House Rules and all applicable GTA community rules and regulations. Any fines or charges resulting from guest violations may be the responsibility of the guest. 2. No Parties / No Smoking: Parties, events, and smoking of any kind (including vaping) are strictly prohibited inside the home and on the property. 3. We welcome well-behaved, potty-trained dogs (typically under 25 lbs) with a pet charge per stay, larger dogs may be considered upon request. Pets must be leashed while outside the home, and owners are responsible for picking up after them. Please do not leave dogs home alone unless crated, and kindly keep them off all furniture and beds to help us maintain a clean space for every guest. Unauthorized pets are not permitted. 🐶💚 4. Quiet Hours: Out of respect for our neighbors and community, quiet hours are 9 p.m. – 7 a.m. daily. Excessive noise may result in fines . 5. Parking: 6 cars fit comfortably in the driveway. All vehicles must display a valid GTA parking pass or decal when visiting community amenities. Parking decals are free from the owners club. 6. Septic System: Only toilet paper may be flushed. No wipes, feminine products, paper towels, grease, or food scraps may go into toilets, sinks, or drains. Improper disposal can damage the septic system and result in costly repairs that may be passed on to the guest. 7. Condition of the Home: If you arrive and find the home is not in satisfactory condition, please notify us immediately so we can address it right away. 8. Amenities: While we strive to keep everything in great working order, we cannot guarantee the availability of certain amenities (e.g., hot tub, internet, appliances). We will make every reasonable effort to repair or resolve issues during normal business hours of your stay. 9. The Galena Territory is a designated Dark Sky community 🌌 — please turn off outdoor lights by 1:00 AM. 10. Damages & Décor: We kindly ask you to treat our home with care. Additional guests 5 and older may purchase access for $5 per person per day in owners club, fully reimbursed with receipt at the end of your stay (up to 6 additional guests).
